Corcos Advisory ("Corcos Advisory", "we", "us", or "our") provides technology advisory services and related software tools. In that work, we may help clients organize, integrate, analyze, or operate systems that contain business, household, financial, operational, or other client-provided information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, applications, tools, or services.

Corcos Advisory is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, tax advisor, accountant, or law firm. Any financial information we process is handled only in connection with technology advisory services, software implementation, data organization, reporting, automation, or other client-directed technical work.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of our services, and information we receive from third-party services that you choose to connect.

We do not collect financial account credentials. When you connect a financial account through Plaid or a similar provider, your credentials are handled by that provider and your financial institution, not by us.

• Provide technology advisory support, software implementation, automation, data organization, reporting, debugging, and related technical services.
• Connect, retrieve, organize, display, or analyze data after you authorize access or provide the data to us.

• Monitor, debug, secure, and protect our systems.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use financial account information or other client-provided data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Financial Data Connections

If you choose to connect a financial account, we may use Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") or a similar provider to collect information from your financial institution. Plaid may collect your login credentials, account information, balances, transactions, and related data in accordance with Plaid's own privacy policy.

By using a financial data connection, you authorize us and the applicable provider to access, process, and store information from the accounts you select for the technology advisory, software, reporting, automation, or data organization purposes you requested.

You may disconnect a financial account or request deletion of connected financial account data by contacting us at sam@corcos.io.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to provide and protect the services, operate our business, or comply with law. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, or support our services.
• Third-party integration providers, such as Plaid, when you authorize a connection.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We require service providers to use personal information only for authorized purposes and to protect it using appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business records.

Client-provided data, connected account data, and other sensitive information are retained only as long as needed for the authorized technology advisory or operational purpose, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Data Deletion and Account Disconnection

You may request deletion of personal information, including connected financial account data, by emailing sam@corcos.io. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and any contractual, legal, security, or operational obligations.

You may also request that we disconnect linked accounts. Disconnecting an account stops future data collection from that account but may not automatically delete data already collected unless you also request deletion.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, multi-factor authentication, least-privilege permissions, logging, monitoring, and security review practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we identify a security issue that affects your information, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

Your Choices and Rights

International Users

Our services are operated from the United States. If you access the services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when required by law.
